To attend SPIMUN conference you are to:
By December 15:
1) Register on SPIMUN site (Form I) http://www.spimun.com/?p=register
2) Choose your cultural program package and hotel on “TSARevents DMC” site (Cultural program form) http://tsar-events.ru/spimun/
3) Fill in Student Officer Application form (optional)
4) Transfer the Deposit of 300 EUR per person
By January 15:
5) Fill in the Delegates list (Form II)
6) Send to “TSARevents DMC” the Information for Russian Visa Invitation (Visa support form)
By February 15:
7) Contact the Russian Consulate. Visa requirements is on http://tsar-events.ru/spimun/passport-and-visa-requirements/
8) Make the final payment
9) Inform Alexander Rodionov ( a.rodionov@tsar-events.com ) about the
dates & times of arrival/departure, flight number, airline, the airport of departure.
